The Lisap Developer Special Blue 20 vol is specially designed by Italian experts for professional use by experienced hairdressers and stylists in beauty salons. It provides a delightful shine and vividness of shade when lightening hair with guaranteed precision.
This cosmetic product has an optimally thick, creamy consistency that is both convenient and pleasant to work with. The blue micro-pigments in the developer neutralize the unpleasant yellow tint for an amazingly pure blonde. A 6% concentration of hydrogen peroxide opens the hair's cuticles and ensures effective bleaching. The combination of glycerin and lanolin alcohols deeply moisturizes the scalp and hair strands, protecting them from the harsh alkaline effects of the coloring solution, making the lightening process as safe as possible.
How to use: not for standalone use. It is intended to be mixed with bleaching powders Bleach&Lights Pro Tech and Neutrol Bleacher in strictly defined proportions (see the instructions for use of the corresponding products). Use electronic scales for measuring components. Mix only in a non-metallic container. When applying, use protective gloves. Avoid contact with eyes. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of cold running water and seek medical advice. Do not expose to direct sunlight or heat. Keep out of reach of children. Use within one year of opening the bottle. For professional use only.
