The Lisap Developer Special Blue 30 vol. is a professional-grade product designed for salon use by hairdressers and experienced stylists. It is intended to be used in conjunction with lightening powders such as Neutrol Bleacher and Bleach&Lights Pro Tech from this brand.

Thanks to the inclusion of blue pigments, this cosmetic product eliminates the yellow hue that can appear on hair strands during the bleaching process, enhancing the cool, metallic shine of blond hair. Its creamy emulsion consistency ensures a comfortable and pleasant application experience, as well as easy mixing with other lightening products. Glycerin, combined with lanolin alcohols, reduces the harsh alkaline effect of the solution, effectively moisturizing the scalp and hair.

How to use: This product is not intended for standalone use. It is designed to be mixed with the bleaching powders Bleach&Lights Pro Tech and Neutrol Bleacher in strictly defined proportions (see the instructions for use of the corresponding products). Use electronic scales for measuring components. Only mix in a non-metallic container. Wear protective gloves during application. Avoid contact with eyes. In case of contact with eyes, immediately rinse them with a generous amount of cold running water and seek medical advice. Do not expose to direct sunlight or heat. Keep out of reach of children.
