Directions for use: For full baths: Pour 100 ml of balm into a warm bath (37-40°C).

For localized baths: Dissolve 10 ml of balm in 10 liters of warm water (37-40°C).

Soak in the bath for 15-20 minutes, then rinse off with warm water. A course of 10-15 baths is recommended. For best results, a repeat course is recommended every 3-4 months. Suitable for adults and children over 5 years old.
