In the world of cosmetology, essential oil with its resonant fresh notes is actively used as quick relief for inflammations and eruptions on the epidermis, to reduce oily sheen, and also to lighten skin tone. In aromatherapy, bergamot is a well-known combatant against bad moods and apathy: the subtle pleasant aroma of the oil intensely invigorates and sets the tone for a productive workday.
How to use: enriching cosmetic products (creams, tonics, shampoos, conditioners): add 5 drops of oil (or oil compositions) to 15g of base (1-2 tbsp).
Massage: mix 3-7 drops of oil (or oil compositions) with 1-2 tbsp of vegetable oil (jojoba, wheat germ, grapeseed, etc.).
Baths: mix 4-7 drops of oil with 30-60g of emulsifier (salt, baking soda, honey, bath foam, cream, bran, etc.) and add to a filled bathtub. Detox bath: 3 drops of bergamot, 3 drops of juniper, 3 drops of geranium, 1 drop of sandalwood.
Rinses (oral care), sore throat: add 6 drops of oil to 200ml of water. Gargle twice a day.
Inhalations and room aromatization: aroma burner: add 5-7 drops of oil per 15 sq.m of space to an aroma lamp filled with water and light a candle.
