TEST PRINCIPLE:

During pregnancy, a hormone called human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) is produced, which can be detected in urine. The pregnancy test contains antibodies that specifically react with this hormone. When a urine sample comes into contact with the test, the sample moves along the membrane by capillary action. If hCG is present in the urine reaching the test section (T), it forms a colored line. The absence of a colored line indicates a negative result. For control purposes, a colored line will form at the control section (C) if the test is conducted properly.

TEST KIT CONTENTS

The individual package contains 2 test strips and a desiccant. The desiccant is intended only for storage and is not used for testing.

STORAGE CONDITIONS:

Store at a temperature between 4 to 30°C and in the sealed individual packaging until the expiration date.

Open the primary packaging only immediately before conducting the test.

When to conduct the test? The test can be performed at any time of the day, however, it is better to perform the test in the morning after waking up, as the highest concentration of the hCG hormone in cases of advanced pregnancy is found in the morning urine sample.

How to collect a urine sample? Collect the urine sample in a clean, dry plastic or glass container.

If you have doubts about the test results, you can conduct a repeat test. For this, use the EVITEST PLUS package, which includes 2 test strips. The repeat test should be conducted after 2 days, as the hCG concentration in a pregnant woman's body doubles every 48 hours.
