How to use: Enrichment of cosmetic products (creams, tonics, shampoos, conditioners): 5 drops of oil (oil compositions) per 15g of base (1-2 tablespoons).
Massage: mix 3-7 drops of oil (oil compositions) with 1-2 tablespoons of vegetable oil (jojoba, wheat germ, grape seed, etc.).
Baths: mix 4-7 drops of oil with 30-60g of emulsifier (salt, baking soda, honey, bath foam, cream, bran, etc.) and add to a filled bathtub. Detox bath: 3 drops of bergamot, 3 drops of juniper, 3 drops of geranium, 1 drop of sandalwood.
Rinses (oral care), sore throat: add 6 drops of oil to 200ml of water. Rinse the throat twice a day.
Inhalations and room aromatization:
- aroma burner: 5-7 drops of oil per 15sq.m room add to an aroma lamp filled with water and light a candle;
- aroma medallions: 2-3 drops.
