This fragrant product has a pleasant cool scent with invigorating and refreshing nuances. The aroma of lemon positively affects the autonomic nervous system, eliminates depressive states, brings optimism and energy, and greatly improves mood. Lemon oil has antibacterial, antiseptic, and bactericidal effects, making it effective in treating problematic skin. Additionally, the product helps prevent varicose veins and the appearance of cellulite.

How to use: Lemon essential oil can be used both in its pure form and in combination with other essential oils (such as juniper, cypress, lavender, mint, elemi, neroli, citrus). Skin and hair care. Enriching cosmetic products (shampoos, creams, tonics, etc.): 5-8 drops of oil (or oil compositions) per 1-2 tablespoons of the base. For pigmentation and freckles: apply undiluted oil directly.
For warts: apply the oil in the morning and evening and cover with a bandage. Nail care. Mix 3 drops of lemon, 2 drops of rose, 10 ml of jojoba oil. Transfer the mixture to a brown glass bottle. Several times a week, apply the oil to your nails with a small brush. Nails strengthen and become shiny. For elbow cracks. Mix 50 ml of avocado oil with 10 drops of lemon, 5 drops of rosewood, 5 drops of sandalwood. Applications to the gums and in the treatment of hemorrhoids: 5 drops of lemon, 10 g of wheat germ oil or rosehip oil. Rinsing: 2-3 drops in 250 g of water. Massage. Mix 4-7 drops of oil (or oil compositions) with 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil. For cellulite removal: mix 100 ml of jojoba oil with 10 drops of juniper, 10 drops of rosemary, 10 drops of geranium, 10 drops of lemon, 5 drops of cypress. Use this massage oil on the relevant areas with a sponge, brush, or massage glove. For migraines. Apply pure oil to the forehead, temples, and the back of the head, as well as cold inhalations, the pain syndrome is alleviated within 1—5 minutes. Inhalations and room scenting.
Aroma diffusers: 5-8 drops of oil per 15 sq. m. add to an aroma lamp filled with water and light a candle.
Aroma medallions: 2-3 drops.
Hot inhalations: pour boiling water into a bowl with a wide mouth, cover your head with a towel and then add 2-3 drops of oil, the duration of the procedure is 5-7 minutes. Keep your eyes closed!
Baths: 4-7 drops of oil (or oil compositions) mixed with 30-60 g of emulsifier (salt, baking soda, honey, bath foam, cream, bran, etc.) and add to a filled bath. Recommended for pustular skin lesions, infectious diseases, diatheses, skin cracks, for cellulite reduction, pigmentation spots removal, detoxification.
Cold compresses on the forehead, calf muscles: add 4-5 drops to water or oil (300-400 g). Apply a bandage made of gauze or cloth soaked in the mixture, for 10-40 minutes. Helps prevent varicose veins expansion (on calf muscles), quickly reduces fever during a fever attack.
