- Layering (melted paraffin at 55-60°C is applied to the skin with a brush)

- Napkin-application method (folded in 8-10 layers of gauze/bandage is dipped in melted paraffin at 55-60°C, squeezed, and applied to the affected area, covered with plastic wrap, and then with a blanket)

- Tray-application method (melted paraffin is poured into trays, then the solidified paraffin at 45-50°C is removed from the tray onto plastic wrap and applied together with it to the areas to be treated).
