For ages, the healing properties of sage have captivated every civilization, a fact hinted at by its Latin name: salvia — "salvation". The robust balsamic aroma of the extract can help relieve cramps, fend off headaches, and ease nervous tension. Just what’s needed after a hard day's work! How to use: Baths: for every 100 liters of seawater or tap water heated to a temperature of 36 – 38°C, add 60 – 100 grams of the extract, with the duration of the bath up to 20 minutes, and a treatment course of 10 – 20 baths.

After taking baths, it is recommended to rest for 30 – 40 minutes. Baths can be used in conjunction with massage and physical therapy exercises.

Compresses: a gauze pad is soaked with the extract, heated in a water bath to 45°C, and applied to the affected area until it dries (15 – 20 minutes).

Repeat the procedure 2 – 3 times. The treatment course consists of 20 sessions.

Compresses can be applied to several areas simultaneously.

Breaks between sessions are 1 day.
