The "Taurian Wormwood" essential oil from the domestic brand "Adverso" acts as a natural disinfectant, beneficially affecting the skin and the body as a whole. This product aids in improving digestion, as well as alleviating nervous and muscular tension. How to use:
- Enriching cosmetic products: 2-3 drops per 10 g of base (use any gentle cream as the base).
- Massage: 2-3 drops per 10 ml of vegetable oil.
- Baths: For general baths, 1-2 drops. Since essential oils do not dissolve in water, it is advisable to pre-dissolve the required amount of oil in a glass of kefir, yogurt, milk, or cream. An alternative could be a full tablespoon of coarse salt or a small amount of honey.
