Lime Essential Oil Adverso

Lime essential oil is considered an excellent antiseptic. It is extracted through two main methods: steam distillation or cold pressing of the lime peel. A quality product has a light consistency and a pale yellow color, sometimes with a greenish tint. The "Lime" essential oil from the Ukrainian brand "Adverso" is rightfully considered to be of high quality and has taken its rightful place in the fields of cosmetology, medicine, and aromatherapy.

This aromatic oil possesses excellent toning properties and has a beneficial effect on the nervous system. It is effective for asthma, bronchitis, colds, throat infections, and gum inflammation. It eliminates headaches. Additionally, this product has proven itself as a natural antiseptic. Lime essential oil dries up pustular inflammations, acne, and boils. It is recommended for treating skin cracks, cellulite, varicose veins, and hemorrhoids, and for care of nails and hair. The scent of lime oil also effectively repels insects and fills the room with a pleasant aroma.

Ways to use:

For massage: add 7-9 drops of lime oil to 20 mg of base. Also, a refreshing morning massage can be done with an aromatic blend of 2 drops of lime oil, 1 drop of geranium, and a tablespoon of almond oil.
For a bath: dissolve 10 drops of lime oil in a base (such as sea salt).
For an aroma lamp: use no more than 6 drops of lime oil.
For gum applications: combine wheat germ oil (or rosehip oil) 10 ml with 5 drops of lime oil.
For rinses: add 2-3 drops of oil to 250 ml of water.
To lift the mood: mix oils of grapefruit (3 drops), vanilla (3 drops), and 6 drops of lime oil.
For disinfecting applications (for burns, insect bites, cuts, ulcers): use 10 drops of lime oil with 50 ml of avocado oil.
To heal elbow cracks: mix sandalwood and rosewood oils (5 drops each) with 10 drops of lime oil and 50 ml of avocado oil.
