Lavender oil is one of the oldest remedies used in traditional medicine, cosmetology, and aromatherapy. In the past, an infusion of this plant was used for laundry to give clothes a pleasant scent. No bath procedure was complete without lavender oil. It was believed that this product not only had pleasant aromatic properties but also served as a powerful antiseptic, aided in wound healing, and relieved fatigue.
Today, lavender oil has not lost its relevance. Professionals from the Ukrainian brand Adverso have made maximum efforts to preserve all the beneficial properties of this aromatic product. Lavender essential oil enhances the immune system's protective functions, soothes irritated skin, and gently cares for problematic skin. The oil stabilizes the pulse and helps with tachycardia. Lavender is excellent at eliminating toxins. It is suitable for protection against insects. Lavender essential oil has a gentle floral scent and combines well with other oils.
Ways to use: Lavender oil is excellent for caring for skin after burns, scarred skin, herpes, and insect bites. For treating irritated skin, the oil should be applied to the affected areas undiluted or as part of an alcohol solution (10 drops per 10 ml of 70-80% ethyl alcohol). Lavender oil can be used in combination with daily cosmetics (it is recommended to add 3-5 drops to your cream). For a massage, it is enough to mix 5-8 drops of lavender oil with 1 tbsp. of vegetable oil of your choice (olive, almond, coconut). For a bath: add 5-8 drops to a filled bathtub (37-38°C). Do not take the bath for more than 15 minutes. Lavender oil can be used for inhalations: mix 2-3 drops of lavender oil with hot water. Leaning over the solution, inhale the steam. Remember to keep your eyes closed during steam inhalations. Lavender oil leaves a pleasant scent, so it can be used to fragrance rooms (you can soak a napkin in 3-4 drops of oil and leave it in the room for a while).
