Adverso's "Ginger" essential oil offers a broad spectrum of effects on the human body.
First and foremost, it is an excellent antiseptic and antiviral agent. It is especially recommended for use in aroma lamps and inhalations during the season of common colds. It alleviates pain, soothes inflammation, reduces fever and heat, and acts as a diaphoretic. Regular use of ginger essential oil strengthens the body, tones, and calms the nervous system.
The oil significantly improves memory, aids in joint diseases, effectively relieves headaches, nausea, and general malaise. In cosmetology, the oil is used for problematic skin prone to acne, herpes, and eruptions. Ginger is also a remarkable aphrodisiac.
Methods of application: Add 3-4 drops of essential oil to a full bath, previously mixed with 1/4 cup of an emulsifier (milk, cream, whey, honey solution, sea or table salt). For massage — 4-5 drops per 10 ml of base vegetable oil. For rubbing — 7 drops per 5 ml of base. For a compress — 2-3 drops of oil per 1 cup of water.
