Essential oil boasts a broad spectrum of effects, positively influencing mental well-being, clearing negative thoughts, and aiding in the battle against depression. It alleviates nervous tension and anxiety. The oil is suitable for the treatment and prevention of infectious diseases of the ENT organs and respiratory tract. It also eases headaches.
Geranium essential oil enhances the condition of the skin, combating issues such as psoriasis, eczema, dermatitis, herpes, and shingles. It promotes the rapid healing of cracks, wounds, and ulcers, reduces inflammation, and assists with acne, purulent, and fungal infections. It stimulates tissue regeneration processes. The oil increases skin tone, rejuvenates it, and gives it a healthy color. It helps eliminate dandruff and also has a powerful anti-cellulite effect.
Application methods: For a scalp massage, mix geranium oil with a base oil in a 1:3 ratio, for reflexology massage — 1:1, for a general massage — add 5 drops of oil to 1 tablespoon of fatty base. The same formula is used for applications.
In creams and tonics, add 4—5 drops of essential oil to 5 ml of base.
For tampons — 1 part oil to 2 parts fatty base.
Add 7—10 drops of essential oil to the bath, previously mixed with an emulsifier (1/3 cup of milk, cream, whey, or a solution of honey, etc.).
In an aroma lamp — 3—4 drops of oil.
Undiluted geranium oil can be applied directly to burns, scars, and herpes blisters.
