Ways to use:
- In an aroma lamp – 2-5 drops per 15 m2.
- In a bath – 6-10 drops of pre-emulsified essential oil (mixed with a small amount of honey solution, sea salt, milk, or cream). The bath has a toning effect on the nervous system.
- For massage - 5-10 drops per 20 ml of fatty base. Massage is particularly recommended for flatulence in children, abdominal spasms, respiratory diseases.
- To enrich creams and lotions – 5-7 drops per 10 ml of base. Cosmetic products enriched with fennel essential oil and vegetable fatty oils are used as a moisturizing agent for the face and body, and also as a means to improve muscle trophicity.
