Ways to use:
- In aroma lamps – 2 - 5 drops per 15 m2 of space.
- Hot inhalations: 1-2 drops, duration of the procedure 3-5 minutes.

- For massage — 3-5 drops per 10 ml of base oil.
- Reflexology massage: mix with a base vegetable oil in a 1:1 ratio.
