Mix 6-7 drops of essential oil or one of the above-mentioned oil mixtures with 3 tablespoons of any vegetable oil (jojoba, almond, peach, grape seed, etc.) or cream of your choice.Bath
Add 6-7 drops of essential oil or one of the above-mentioned oil mixtures to a filled bath (37-38 C), previously mixed with 1 tablespoon of emulsifier (milk, honey, sea or table salt). The duration of the procedure is 10-20 minutes.Steam room and sauna
