The enticing fragrance of 1876 Mata Hari, full of charm and astonishing contrasts, was created by the perfume house Histoires De Parfums in 2001. It is dedicated to one of the most passionate and enigmatic women of the last century – Mata Hari, who has entered history as an unsolved mystery. A sensual and graceful dancer, a fervent courtesan, and a military spy, all lived harmoniously within this delicate and beautiful woman. The sensual scent refreshes with juicy fruit aromas, entices with the seductive scent of flowers, and ignites passion with a powerful woody-spicy accord, ensuring the attention of the opposite sex.
A juicy fruit cocktail at the top of the 1876 Mata Hari pyramid sparkles with the tart notes of bergamot, the sweetness of orange, and the exotic aroma of lychee. The heart notes of the perfume are built on the contrast between the delicate sound of rose, the powdery softness of iris and violet, and the loud and resonant accord of spices, blending spicy shades of cinnamon, cumin, and clove. The composition concludes with a beautiful woody ensemble of sandalwood, guaiac wood, and vetiver, with a light speckling of sensual musk and vanilla.TESTER - A tester is a demonstration version of the fragrance provided by manufacturers with a batch of products for promotional purposes at the point of sale. Please note that there are no differences (scent quality, longevity, etc.) between testers and the retail version! The difference lies in the fact that since testers are released for advertising purposes, the manufacturing company does not pay as much attention to their presentation: they are offered in so-called technical packaging (a simple cardboard box, different from that used for retail bottles) and often do not come with a cap. This accounts for the lower price of testers.
