Anise Essential Oil Kvita

The method of steam distillation of fresh anise seeds allows for the production of high-quality essential oil. It acts as an aromatic adaptogen, enhancing the body's resistance and protective functions. It can be used independently or in combination with other essential oils. It is applied in skin and hair care, to enrich cosmetic products, for room scenting and inhalation, during massage and baths, as well as in the form of compresses.

Anise essential oil is recommended for constipation, bloating, nervous dyspepsia, nervous vomiting, and aerophagy. It eases discomfort during painful menstruations, cystitis, urethritis, and delays in urination. Recommended for those suffering from asthma, bronchial spasms, coughs, and colds. It fights against migraines, dizziness, and fainting spells.

How to use: Enriching cosmetic products: 5 drops of oil (oil compositions) per 15 g of base (1-2 tbsp).
Oil for smoothing wrinkles: 1-2 tablespoons of vegetable oil, 5 drops of anise, 3 drops of verbena, 5 drops of sandalwood.
Massage: mix 6 drops of oil (oil compositions) with 1-2 tbsp of vegetable oil (avocado, jojoba, wheat germ, grape seed).
Baths: mix 4-7 drops of oil with 30-60 g of emulsifier (salt, baking soda, honey, bath foam, cream, bran, etc.) and add to the filled bathtub.
Compresses and poultices: add 7 drops to water or oil, apply the compress for 10-40 minutes. Insulate with plastic wrap.
Inhalations and room scenting: provides antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects, stimulates local and general immunity.
-aroma diffusers: 4-6 drops of oil per 15 sq.m of room space added to an aromalamp filled with water and light a candle;
-aroma medallions 1-3 drops.
