How to use: Dilute with water and apply using a brush. When applied, the paint may appear slightly transparent under daylight or incandescent lamp lighting. It can be used on top of other watercolors to enhance the color and provide richness under black light. Avoid using glitter, which may negate the fluorescent effect. Removed with DEM cleansing milk or REMW gel.
