"Set" the rhinestones by slightly sinking them into the base drops. Cure under a UV/LED, combo lamp for 10-15 seconds. Then, with a fine brush moistened in PNB rubber base coating, outline the "set" rhinestones. Cure under a UV/LED, combo lamp for 10-15 seconds. Cover the part of the design without rhinestones with a sealer using a brush. Polymerize under a UV lamp for 2 mins, and under LED, UVLED, and hybrid lamps - 60 secs.
