The anti-aging cream is designed for sensitive skin that is highly vascularized, prone to telangiectasia, irritated, during rosacea progression, and severe inflammatory acne, without causing skin irritation. The primary active ingredient of the cream is retinaldehyde.

Retinaldehyde is an active form of vitamin A that, after passing through the stratum corneum, is converted into retinoic acid. Retinaldehyde is a retinoid that stimulates the renewal and reconstruction of the dermis, improving the density and contour of the face.

This form of vitamin A is much better tolerated than retinol, with a stronger active effect, which is why it is present in a small dose. It directly affects the skin's vascularization, as well as the function of sebaceous glands, having a significant impact in treating rosacea and common acne.

The anti-aging effect is enhanced by a plant-based retinol equivalent - bakuchiol, which suppresses the activity of collagenase and is also an inhibitor of Cutibacterium Acnes, Staphylococcus, and Candida yeast. Bakuchiol combined with niacinamide provides a pronounced anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effect.

Niacinamide in the cream’s formula reduces TEWL (Transepidermal Water Loss), which affects skin hydration and improves the function of the epidermal barrier. The combination of all the cream’s ingredients soothes irritations and calms skin redness. A year-round product, ideal as the first step in using retinoids for care. It is also recommended after discontinuing prescription retinoids to maintain the therapeutic effect (it is advisable to use for 12 months after finishing treatment with both topical and systemic prescription retinoids).
