Usage Instructions:
As a cream substitute: Apply a few drops directly to damp skin on the face, neck, and décolletage, or use it as a spot treatment. For enhanced effects, mix the oil with your favorite floral water or hyaluronic acid gel in your hand before applying. This will provide your skin with more valuable ingredients.
As a body balm: Apply the oil immediately after bathing! Applying it to pre-moistened skin will not only make it easier to spread but also help with absorption. For a lazy option, pour 1-2 tablespoons of the oil into a warm bath. After soaking, a thin layer of oil will remain on your skin, which you can either massage in or leave to absorb.
For massaging specific body parts: Use the oil on its own or mix it with another oil, such as sweet almond oil, grapeseed oil, or rice bran oil, to achieve a more oily consistency. Warm the mixture in your hands and massage it into the desired areas. You can also add various natural essential oils for additional benefits.
To enrich creams/balms: Mix the oil with your favorite cream or balm in your hand just before use, then massage it into your skin.
As a scalp treatment: Massage 2 tablespoons of oil into your scalp at least 1 hour before washing to provide valuable nutrients.
As a hair mask: Apply to dry or damp hair (moistened with water and/or aloe/hyaluronic acid gel) at least 20 minutes before washing, then rinse out with a gentle shampoo. You can also leave the mixture on your hair for a longer duration, such as overnight. If you use too much oil, apply a portion of hair conditioner first to emulsify the oil, then shampoo.
For split-end protection: Rub a few drops of oil into dry or damp hair ends.
For calloused skin care: Massage a small amount of oil into tough areas like heels, elbows, or knees. You can also use the oil as a base for a restorative treatment for cracked heels or dry hands. For this, massage the oil into your heels/hands (in addition to your usual cream) before bed, then put on cotton socks/gloves. You may also wrap your feet/hands in foil for extra effect.
As a nail conditioner: Rub a few drops of oil into your nails and cuticles. You can also add a few drops of castor oil.
As a conditioner for lashes and brows: Distribute the oil along the length of your lashes and brows, being careful not to get it into your eyes.
As a face mask: Mix a few drops of oil with your chosen clay or clays, add your favorite floral water, and blend to a paste-like consistency. Apply for about 15 minutes, then rinse off. During the mask application, spritz your skin with herbal water to prevent the mask from drying out completely.
