This technique involves thoroughly massaging the wax into the nails and cuticles for optimal strengthening and care. It is best to perform this massage using a nail file with a 300 grit abrasive. This method allows you to effectively fill all micro-cracks in the nail plate with wax. Please note that using the file to rub in the wax is suitable only for healthy and strong nails.

Perform this step with gentle movements; otherwise, intense rubbing might wear down the nail. During this stage, the nail plate is sealed, all micro-cracks are filled, and the nail absorbs all the beneficial components of the wax. After sealing, you can remove any excess wax with a lint-free cloth. If desired, you can complete the nail care routine by using cuticle oil.
