The Tufi Profi Premium nail and cuticle wax is designed to strengthen the nail plate and accelerate its growth, while also preventing peeling and brittleness. The Tufi Profi Premium brand has developed a nurturing formula rich in essential lemon and cedar oils. This nail wax is used for polishing and sealing the nail plate after a manicure. The included cocoa oil supplies the tissues with minerals and beneficial micronutrients, making the skin soft and elastic, and leaving the nails healthy and well-cared-for. Moreover, this nail wax is utilized in Japanese manicures, also known as "sealing the nail plate" or biomaniucure.
Sealing the nail plate is a procedure aimed at strengthening, nourishing, adding shine, smoothing, and combating the peeling of the nail plate. The wax is rubbed into the nail with the help of a special file, filling all the micro-cracks with wax, which in turn possesses bactericidal, softening, and antiseptic properties.

For the wax to penetrate deeper into your nails, you may lightly buff the nail plate. However, this step is only suitable for healthy and strong nails. Next, apply a small amount of wax to each nail. If the wax is quite hard, wait a few minutes for it to soften. Press the wax into the nail plate using a special file or buffer. Perform this procedure with gentle movements, as excessive rubbing might thin the nail. During this step, the nail plate is sealed, all micro-cracks are filled, and the nail becomes enriched with the beneficial components of the wax. After sealing, you can remove any remaining wax with a lint-free cloth. If desired, you can finish the nail care routine by applying cuticle oil.
