To begin, it is necessary to degrease your eyelids so the lashes adhere firmly. Use a makeup remover to cleanse your eyes. The lashes might be too wide for your eyes, so you should try them on first. Using tweezers, place the lashes as close to the base of your natural lashes as possible. Trim them if they are too wide or much longer than your own lashes. Squeeze a small strip of glue onto your palm and drag the strip of lashes through it. Wait a few seconds for the glue to thicken. Using tweezers, hold the lashes in the middle and place them closer to the base of your natural lashes. Start pressing the fake lashes from the outer corner of the eye to the inner corner, holding the lash tips with your fingers. Run a toothpick along the base to secure them better. Apply eyeliner or a black contour pencil along the base of your lashes, slightly extending beyond the movable eyelid. This technique will help to hide small imperfections (glue residues).
