Begin by degreasing your eyelids to ensure the false eyelashes adhere properly. To do this, wipe your eyes with a makeup remover. The eyelashes may be too wide for your eyes, so it's important to fit them first. Using tweezers, place the eyelashes as close to the base of your natural lash line as possible. Trim them if they are too wide or significantly longer than your natural lashes. Squeeze a small strip of glue onto your palm and run the lash strip through it. Wait a few seconds for the glue to thicken. Using tweezers, hold the eyelashes in the middle and place them close to the base of your natural lash line. Start pressing the false lashes from the outer corner of your eye to the inner corner, holding the ends with your fingers. Run a toothpick along the base to secure them better. Use eyeliner or a black pencil to draw along the upper eyelid at the base of the lashes, slightly extending beyond the movable eyelid.
