Prepare the nail surface by buffing it and removing the cuticle and any dead skin. Use a cleanser to dehydrate the nail, then apply a thin layer of hybrid base coat. Apply one or two thin layers of color, curing each layer for 30 seconds under a UV/LED lamp. Note: For polishes with speckles, it is recommended to mix the product well before application. Finish with your choice of top coat, either with or without a wipe.
