Apply a small amount of the cream (pea-sized for the face and the same amount for the neck and décolleté) to clean, dry skin in the evening. Avoid the eye and lip areas. During retinal treatment, use a high-protection SPF 50+ sunscreen daily. To allow your skin to acclimate to retinal, introduce it gradually: apply it twice a week for the first two weeks. Increase to three times a week for the next two weeks, and then continue increasing the frequency every two weeks. Once your skin has adjusted, you can use retinal every evening. If you experience excessive dryness, peeling, redness, or a tight feeling, stop using the cream for a few days, then resume. These symptoms may occur during the first few weeks of use.
