Gently buff the nail to a matte finish and remove any resulting dust. Then, clean the nail with a cleanser. Apply a thin layer of HARD BASE and cure it under an LED/UV lamp according to the provided chart. Next, apply a layer of hybrid nail polish in your chosen color and cure it under the LED/UV lamp, again following the chart (darker colors require longer curing times). For a deeper color, repeat this step. Finally, apply a layer of Top Milky Effect in your chosen color and cure it under the lamp. This final step does not require cleaning with a cleanser.
