Open the package and remove the elbow mask. As shown in the illustration, grab both sides of the mask with your fingers and pull to open the seal. Place the mask over your elbow and lay it on a flat surface. Then, using your other hand, insert the sticker into the opening while maintaining the depth of your hands. Pull the sticker to the opposite side, adjust it to fit your arms, then remove the protective paper and secure it. Remove the mask after approximately 15-20 minutes.
