The Narco Multi-Test for saliva is a simple and effective way to detect the presence of narcotic substances in the body. This test can identify up to 8 different psychoactive substances, including amphetamines, cocaine, THC (marijuana, hashish), opiates (morphine, heroin), methamphetamine, and phencyclidine. - Amphetamine (AMP): Detection window: 4–72 hours, threshold level: 50 ng/mL. The substance causes motor stimulation and increased energy;
- Cocaine (COC): Detection window: 24–48 hours, threshold level: 20 ng/mL. Causes stimulation, euphoria, and pupil dilation;
- Marijuana, hashish (THC): Detection window: 3–10 days, threshold level: 50 ng/mL. The substance induces euphoria and relaxation;
- Morphine, heroin (OPI): Detection window: 7–72 hours, threshold level: 40 ng/mL. They cause euphoria, psychomotor retardation, among other effects;
- Methamphetamine (mAMP): Detection depends on dose and frequency of use. Threshold level: 40 ng/mL. The substance causes intense stimulation, anxiety, nervousness, and pupil dilation;

Step 1: Preparation: Prepare the individual components of the test kit.
Step 2: Sample Collection: Insert the tip of the swab with the sponge into the mouth and immerse it in saliva. The saliva collection should last for 3 minutes. The sponge of the stick should become completely soft after being saturated with saliva.
Step 3: Sample Application: Place the tip of the stick into the test chamber.
Step 4: Sample Application: Ensure the stick fits into the opening, and press it until you feel resistance. Close the lid of the test chamber until you hear a click, indicating the lid is securely in place.
Step 5: Reading the Result: Read the result at the 10th minute.
